1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of Levelry at levelry.app and go.levelry.app, including its MCP and ChatGPT integrations. Levelry is operated by Ihar Kutuzau, an independent developer. Contact hello@levelry.app with questions. By using Levelry, you agree to these terms.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms, or use the service with the authorization of a parent or guardian where permitted by law. If you use Levelry for an organization, you must have authority to act for it.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, shared projects, and connected clients. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
You retain your rights in the content you add to Levelry. You grant us permission to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and process that content as needed to operate the service and provide the features you request. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, share, and process your content, including through AI providers and connected tools. Do not upload content that violates another person's privacy or intellectual property rights. You control who you invite to your projects and are responsible for choosing appropriate sharing permissions.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Levelry for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or distributing malicious content. Do not attempt to access accounts or projects without permission, bypass access controls, obtain other users' tokens, disrupt the service, or misuse its infrastructure. Use automation and integrations within the permissions and limits provided by the service.
5. AI features and integrations
AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review generated content and proposed changes before relying on them, especially for important decisions. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for verifying the results.
Connecting ChatGPT or another client allows it to read content and, if authorized, modify your projects. Review requested permissions and disconnect clients you no longer use. Third-party services have their own terms, policies, and availability requirements. A Levelry account does not include a subscription to ChatGPT or another third-party service.
6. Service availability and changes
We may change features, introduce limits, or pause parts of the service for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons. Availability and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Keep separate copies of important work using the options available to you. If we introduce paid services, the price and applicable payment terms will be presented before you purchase them.
7. Ending use or suspending access
You may stop using Levelry, disconnect integrations, or request account deletion at any time by contacting support. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or violations of these terms. Where practical and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to contact us. Data handling after deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Levelry is provided "as is" and "as available", without guarantees that it will meet every requirement or be free from errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output or the availability of third-party services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account information, content, and connection data. Contact support for privacy and data requests.
10. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies the current version. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using the service and contact us about your account. For questions or disputes, email hello@levelry.app. Applicable law and any mandatory rights in your place of residence continue to apply.
