Report a problem

Include what you were trying to do, what happened, the approximate time, and whether you were using the Levelry website or the ChatGPT plugin. Your browser or app version and a screenshot can help.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, or private project content. Hide sensitive information in screenshots. We will ask for additional details if needed.

Get started

Open Levelry and sign in to your account. Choose a project to view and edit its canvas, documents, and layers. See the documentation for guides and MCP setup instructions.

Using Levelry in ChatGPT

Connect your Levelry account when prompted, then select a project in the canvas. The connection needs read permission to retrieve content and write permission to create or change it. Project sharing permissions also apply.

• If projects are missing, check that you connected the correct Levelry account and have access to the project.
• If editing fails, check both the connection's write permission and your permission in the project.
• If the canvas does not load, reopen it and reconnect if your session has expired.

Disconnect Levelry in ChatGPT's app settings to stop using that connection. Disconnecting does not delete your Levelry account or saved projects.

Account and data requests

To request access to your personal data, correct account information, or delete your account and associated data, email hello@levelry.app from the email address associated with your Levelry account. We may verify ownership before acting. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Security reports

Send suspected security issues privately to hello@levelry.app. Describe the issue and steps to reproduce it without accessing or including another person's data.
